Marilyn Minter (b. 1948, United States) is a New York-based painter and photographer. She received her BFA from the University of Florida and her MFA from Syracuse University (New York). Through provocative and voyeuristic imagery, her exploration into the pathology of glamour comments on depictions of femininity in advertising. Minter lives and works in New York City.
